Shipping 

All orders received before 12PM EST Monday thru Friday will ship that same day.

Orders received after 12PM EST will be shipped the following business day. 

​

Orders placed after the shipping cut-offs may still arrive on time, depending on your delivery location. 

​

We will always use the most effective and quickest delivery services available. Adverse conditions can sometimes affect shipments during the holidays. We may need to ship your order early to guarantee on-time delivery. 

​

Standard Shipping charges are intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order. 

​

*We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, foreign addresses, or PO Boxes. We do not currently ship to the US Territories of Hawaii or Alaska. Check back soon.

Perishable Gifts-Some perishable gifts could incur an additional charge to guarantee perfect arrival, especially during the summer months. This might include specialty insulated shippers and ice-gel packs for chocolates to keep them cool, safe, and perfect upon arrival. 

​

*Our fruit baskets, towers, and select gourmet gifts are made to order and are shipped quickly to ensure quality and freshness. These items can only be shipped with a maximum of two days in transit to guarantee that your recipient receives the absolute best possible product. Please select 2 Day Express or Overnight Delivery Only for these items.

We do not currently ship internationally or to Canada.

While we will always make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does arise. Please make sure to always check addresses and information carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward your shipment. Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services. If a package is sent back to us or there was an error in the due to an incorrect and/or incomplete address, additional charges might be incurred by you.

We reserve the right to correct error(s) in printed or electronic publications.

If rising costs affect shipping charges, a surcharge may be included and will be reflected in your order total.

If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (e.g., natural disaster, unscheduled event, severe weather, etc), please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order. 

​

If a gift is being shipped to a business, FedEx and UPS will deliver the package to the designated area where they deliver all other packages to the company/business. This may be a receiving area, a welcome desk, or an administrative desk/area. Many companies do not allow the delivery drivers to enter an office in pursuit of a recipient, so once the package has been signed for, it is the companies' responsibility to make sure the gift reaches the correct designated person.

If an item is delivered to a hospital, deliveries could be delayed because items are dropped at a receiving area. The policy and delivery of the hospital could delay the receipt of the gift. Items could possibly not arrive until the next day; items can also be delayed in a hospital not the weekend.
