We are not responsible for orders with any type of missing information. Please always include your name, phone number, and e-mail address in correspondences with us. Please DO NOT include payment information in correspondences. Please DO NOT send orders twice, we cannot be responsible for duplicate orders.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

There are rare occasions when a particular item, product, or basket may be substituted because of supply and demand. If this occurs, the item will be replaced with one of equal or greater value. If an item that you have chosen is not available or does not meet our standards, an item of equal or greater value may be substituted. Items can vary based on their seasonal availability, supply and demand, as well as to ensure the best quality for our customers. Colors and sizes are also subject to change during a substitution. Chocolate in our gifts may also be replaced with other gourmet items of equal or greater value from May through September, when the weather gets warmer. These substitutions are always made to ensure the timely arrival and quality of freshness that your gifts deserve in order to maintain the absolute highest satisfaction.

Instances can occur where substitutions will be made for baskets, towers, and decorative containers. These items may be exchanged with others of like shape, color, value, and style. Gourmet food and/or containers can be substituted in the rare instance when they are out of stock due to popular demand.

GENERAL SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We do not ship to APO/FPO Boxes or any foreign addresses. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We currently only do transactions, sales, and business in the United States.

We must collect state and local taxes for shipments to states which we have established a physical or economic presence. The taxability of food, candy, or combination of items varies by state. Delivery and processing will be taxed when the product is taxable. We automatically calculate taxes for telephone and internet orders.

GIFT BASKET CONTENTS

Gourmet food in all of our gift baskets should be eaten within 3 months from the time the item(s) are received. Many items will last longes. Please contact us if you have any questions.
